I went to my buddy Ben's house today and we studied some serious chess. We went over the King's Gambit and he doesn't like it. I love the battles it creates. We played two games. I lost the first and won the second. The second game was much better all around so I'm showing it here.
This was a tough game. I did't see the winning move of taking the bishop for a couple moves and Ben says he saw it but didn't think I'd see it. Either he was being arrogant or lying, I'm not sure which. It was a fun game that I'm glad I won. From now on I am going to put all the games up here.
Ben is becoming a very good chessplayer and I'm looking forward to future games.
